1. Only 47 have been build.
2. No other country, than the US uses them.
3. Even close Nato allies can't get them.
4. they cost $132 million + for basic models.

Why US have banned export of this plane?? it can only be employed after achieving air dominance over battlefield and still it will face threats from advance manpads.

only in your dreams.... you have highly underestimate the electronic warfare of that plane...it is very difficult to shot down, us is not fool to deploy an unprotected aircraft in war.
