Negative rating has nothing to do with forum rules. You have acted in a belligerent manner, which is what the negative rating is for.

If you have a problem, contact GHQ. I have given my condition as to how you can get it removed.

Stop your hostility, and address the points I made in the thread.

Once you've done so, apologize for your aggressive behavior.

Only then will I remove it.

I have given @UKBengali a negative rating as they have acted in a belligerent manner, often making very rude remarks, and have not contributed to the thread in a positive manner. So far, I have been very patient with them, and have given them multiple chances to correct themselves.

After giving them a negative rating, I've also advised them how they can correct the situation to get it removed.

If you would be so kind as to mediate here, I would appreciate it.

What robust debate? All you did was ignore my points and proceed to sing praises for BD without really showing anything.

There was also the fact that I actually am talking with other people, and in quite a civil manner. You're the only one I am having trouble with. @black.cats and @Skull and Bones were polite about it. You were not.

The last time I was in actual trouble was in 2013, when I first joined the forum. Granted, I was kind of an asshole back then, but I'd like to think I'm more mature now.

Bangladesh's goal in ten years is Indonesia

I think 15 years is a realistic target to catch up Indonesia.

For this to happen BD would need to grow it's per capita GDP 3% a year more than Indonesia.

It seems that BD could realistically hit 8% sustained once the current economic difficulties are over while Indonesia should be able to grow at around 5% a year.
