We're not Indians !

Our drama industry is the best in the region !

Our film industry is sh*t though !

Though I don't think Pakistan has made any attempts to export our Drama Productions or anything of the sort so no surprises that it isn't aired in Turkiye !

I don't think that the companies would go for a series other than European&US. I only have seen Japanese & Korean & Chinese series from Asia. Aired on TRT (State Channel)

what if we ask them to show or yr gov to show our serials too, what do u think will they show or not? keeping in mind that their own serials are being already on aired in here.

State TV might show... but in private channels.. it's all about rating.

LOL shouldnt that for yr public to decide? Yr own dramas are also popular here and frankly they dont have no commonality with us and our culture. BTW our dramas are actually more realistic and short then turkish the one i talked abt in OP check that out. Yr opinion will change drastically.

the drama i have talked abt has just 23 episodes in total. Because our dramas are short and on the money and have focus on everyday life. This drama actually has already beaten a lot of Turkish, Arabic dramas in ME already. So as far as viewership is concerns it has all it takes to capture audiences.

I'm not in to soaps.... i don't even watch Turkish soaps.... i only watched some episodes of Magnificient Centuary just because of the war scenes.

Are Azerbaijani or Northern Cypriot get aired in Turkey as well? No . If it was about relations then they'd. It's all about geting rating from target audience. I don't think that nobody other than women aged between 25-55 would watch dramas. We are up to talent&singing shows, competitions...etc. I personally don't watch TV. I watch US series from laptop. So does my generation

He's doing pretty well. He has won some of remarkable universities but he's being a daredevil to get his goal. He has to and will study again to get where he wants.

actually, a lot of the upper class, upper middle class youth in India do this too. Call it westernisation or whatever, but the truth is the difference of quality of work in western countries and my country is astronomical.

at least the songs used to be good. Now Bollywood has cheap imitation of western music in their movies.

and we are also not airing every drama in yr turkey that we produce. These few like Humsafar are one of the best serials of all time that we have produced. Infact it was successful in ME and made its own way beating several Arabic, Turkic or Western content that their audience is more used to. So i can assure u over one thing that it has all it takes to make its own way and capture the viewership in its own unique way.
