What's new

A potentially dangerous summer

Yes it is. You are absolutely right but the way you Palestinians switch sides make every one feel (though you have no one other then muslims and to be precise it was Iran only) that you are not a good side to trust on. Sorry to say but this is the impression you give to others and to be honest most of the people say the same things that Palestinians are known for switching sides.

they don't just "Switch Side" , they add some backstabbing to it as well ...

Mr. Netanyahu, strike the slaves of Persians with all of your might. Please do and all of us are behind you.

Based on latest reports, Nutjobyahu is taking note and preparing for war. It's no joke after all, a Saudi member in PDF ordered him. He is too important to be ignored.

After all, Netanyahu has proven himself to be more humane than the terrorist party in which you use its flag in your avatar. The Syrian war will eventually be a blessing to the whole Syria and Lebanon. It has already revealed (time and again) what Persians are like when the taqiyyah shield is taken out. An old Arab man once said to me (before the Syrian war) Arabs' hatred is in Persians' internal organs "كره العرب في حشا العجم". There was a time when I thought of his statement as a useless prejudice. Thanks again to the Syrian war that strengthen the hatred, returned all the grudges into where they should be, and taught everybody a lesson for the coming 100 years. The good news is that after the fall of Asad, the IRG's franchisee in Lebanon (also known as Hz) will effectively vanish. The same applies to any political strength that the Lebanese Shia will have.

Not only dreaming is always sweet, but it's also free. So let's sit and dream for what we love to happen.

We don't have any hatred for Arabs, but for people like you, who are filled with it, and those who are hell bent on killing us, I assure you, we have no shortage of hatred, but mostly, it comes with pity.

It isn't dreaming anymore, the whole Alwaitees towns are 30-50 Km from the Syrian rebels fire right now. I assure you that within the coming 2-4 years both Alwaitees and Shias will get back to the state where they where in 1960. On the other hand, your nation and culture is full of hatred and anti-arabisim, but the difference here is we dare to say it and you don't . The difference is your ability to hide it as part of your taqiyyah based culture. Even among Persian atheists and agnostics taqiyyah is unintentionally performed as it is deeply engraved in your consciousness.

A quick look at the modern Persian literature reveals intense amount of hatred that is taught in Iranian universities (at least during Shah time). Authors like Sadeq Hidayat, Mohammed Ali Jamal Zadeh, Sadeq Jobak, Nader Nadir-Poor, Zabehullah Safa. And from today's poets, Mohammad Reza Ali Payam, and Mostafa Badkoobe. All have been very transparent in reflecting the Persians' people hatred and animosity against both Arabs, and against Islam as a religion introduced to Persians by Arabs. There are many published studies about their works in Arabic with tens of quotes that show how nasty your version of racism is.

It's good that you know some names, but it's a pity you don't know anything else except names.

Those authors you mentioned are only few names among contemporary Iranian literature figures. I know it's not common for you guys to have authors and scholars, except religious zealots maybe, but even one of those authors has more value than whole Saudi contribution to world of literetare.

Blabbering names is easy, but you should bring some examples too from their works.

Alipayam for instance is an indirect friend of mine, maybe I can raise the issue for him about his anti Arab works which you are yet to bring examples for. Maybe, if I was also living in a country whose most significant modern contribution to world is thousands of suicide bombers, I'd come up with this nonsense too.

PS: Being anti-Saudi is different than being anti-Arabs. Yes most Iranians have extremely negative views of Saudi Arabia, but not for Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Oman, Kuwait or even Egypt. Go figure why.

They cant. They are absolutely convinced that their 25 million tribal country is representative of the entire Arab world, and even the Muslim world.
Let them live in their sad little bubble.

1. Let's make things clear. I am not against the mutual Persian/Arab racism. To the contrary, I am in its favor as it is a good way to ensure cultural and political distance. I am just responding here to your denial.

2. No, I am not just posting names. My main source of information is a book written by Joya Blondel Saad published in 1996 in English under the title (The Image of Arabs in Modern Persian Literature). It was actually a PHD thesis for the author. This author appears to be either Lebanese or Palestinian American (most likely Christian) and her book was translated to Arabic already. It contains far too many quotes and analysis of the whole mutual racism.

3. In his play, "Parvin, Daughter of Sasan", Sadeq Hidayat says: " no one has harmed us as mush as Arabs. They have destroyed everything we had, they have stolen, burned everything and their army is bloodthirsty....". "..the Civilized Iranians were subjected by the lizard-eaters...".

4. In his poem, "Here and There", Nadir Nadir-poor says: " Iranian Muslims have become ignorant, nomads, and intolerant", "....it is the same Arabian ignorance that has even removed the moon from its orbit....".

5. In his Novel "Isfahan Half of the World", Sadeq Hidayat says: " Arabs that were running after lizards aren't going to have any thinking".

6. In his novel, "Haji Agha", Sadeq Hidayat refers to one of the characters as :" he was listening to radio, suddenly he caught some Arabic music. He felt down on the floor laughing at the donkeys' noise" (meaning the sounds of Arabic).

7. In his novel, "the Patient Rock, Sadeq Jobak says: " what Arabs has brought to Iran is the backward Islam".

I could go on and on, but there isn't' actually a need for that as the book is already out there and can be bought online (if the Mullahs will let you get it through).

@Serpentine

This is your indirect friend "Sayed" Mohammad Reza Ali Payam. Note that the event was arranged by the Iranian Ministry of Culture & Information with massive applause from the audience after he finished.

Is Sadegh Hedayat anti-arab? I only read one of his books, and I don't think he ever mentioned anything arab related. If anything, his scorn seemed to be mostly internal.

I just read Full Moon's latest comment. I'll try to read that book.

However, it's very important, Full Moon, to first read the actual books when one tries to understand the author' intentions. For example, how much of the statements are attributed to the authors and how much to the theme of the book, or the characters.

Actually they are, all ethnic Arabs trace their roots to the Arabian Peninsula which is today Saudi Arabia, Yemen and the rest of small GCC. Saudi Arabia is the cradle of Arab and Islam nations. This is a fact.

Spoken like a true Arab slave - I'm short on abuses, hence the short reply!

You either don't know the meaning of racism or you are trying to troll again, as always.

Alipayam is not referring to 'all' Arabs, but to those arrogant Gulfis who are trying to buy history for themselves by changing a 2000 year old name with a fake one. If that is racism, then I can say, almost every single Gulfie Arab on this forum is racist up to neck.

And about those authors, they were either atheists or anti-Islam, but to some extent, Sadeq Hedayat was anti-Arabs in general. Actually I never said there are no racists in Iran towards Arabs (and when I say Arabs, I mean gulfie ones specifically), because there are. But the interesting point is that, you'll find very same people quite neutral and even positive about other Arab countries, like Iraq, Lebanon, Oman, Syria or Egypt. As I said, you can guess the reason. So you can't exactly call it racism in its general meaning.

Iraq started a war against Iran that lasted 8 years, but today, you can barely find any people who hate Iraqis for that. Not only this, but you find even secular, anti-regime Iranians supporting Iran's help to Iraq against Daesh terrorists.

And btw, gulfie Arabs are much more racist, Saudis especially. It seem you love that idea, so there is no further point in discussing.
