Chongqing has an amazing railway system, gives a nice scenic view of the city. Shanghai's metro is great as well.

In some minority regions in very southernmost China bordering Vietnam and Myamar maybe, couples of people do this doesn't mean 1.4 billion Chinese do so , China is a continental size country where every province is like a pretty good size country in other parts of the world and they all have their local customs.
Millions of foreigners live or lived in China,did you see Chinese people eat unhealthy food like Americans do? Chinese diets are largely very healthy and foreign expats just love them very much.

That is generally everywhere, but from my observation food quality in China is shady, can't tell how many times I have seen cooked chicken with blood in it but that is from what I have observed at least, doesn't have to be all across the country.

Yeah again depends on what is considered healthy, most of the cooked food I found in China on my deployments was very much oily. Foreigners like it because it is flavourful, not necessarily because it is healthy. Obsesity is definitely higher in the US than in China.

Old Kingdom of Nanyue included today's Vietnam and Chinese Guangdong and Guangxi provinces, later in the history, Vietnam became an country and Guangdong and Guangxi joined China, but they still share lots of things in common, food is one of them. I personally can't tell the difference between Vietamese and Cantonese, and In north China, for red meat we only eat lamb, beef and pork, nothing else.
