What's new

A jet built by China and Pakistan may soon be the most widely operated combat aircraft in the world

Most of the countries operating F-16s will replace them with JF-17s

No,

Current
Bahrain, Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, South Korea, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, USA, Venezuela

Countries that would actually even consider replacing their planes with a Chinese one.
Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, Venezuela

Are you really serious???
Maybe Singapore...but definitely not Taiwan.

Taiwan is not going to buy Chinese/Pakistani fighters so they can use them to fight Chinese fighters.

Don't you see a little problem with this scenario especially during a war.

Taiwan: time out from our war please
China: oh what for?
Taiwan: we need some JF-17 spare parts due to battle damage with your air force
China: oh we will have Pakistan overnight that to you and what they don't have we can supply.
Taiwan: Thanks!!
China: sent!
Taiwan: fixed!
China: Back to Battling?
Taiwan: yep!!!

This is as silly as Pakistan buying Tejas....

Taiwan is a province of China. They will just use JF-17

Well Pakistan is a neighbor of India so they will suddenly just use Tejas...it's just plain logic.

Why are you being difficult?

Taiwan has never purchased ANY Chinese military equipment in their entire 70+ year history. It's not going to happen. They are still technically at war with each other. More so than Pakistan with India...at least you two are buddy-buddies compared to them where your leaders can actually be in the same room.

You wont see this scene between Xi and Tsai Ing-wen...but somehow you think they could buy military jets...

Maybe China will start purchasing F35's and Pakistan will start buying Tejas.

You needs to be unbiased in your research, if your really want to achieve at a correct conclusion. Can’t cherry pick websites without the knowledge of the whole picture.

Divide $85 billion with 20 years, you will have your answer.

buddy, this isn't my first time on doing research. I've been honing my skills on verifying authentic information for the last 20 years.

Put $85 billion worth of military equipment left US in Afghanistan on one side and then put the $50 billion of China's investment in Pakistan's infrastructure CPEC projects on the other side. You have an answer staring you in the face.

They agreed to sell oil in USD because it was the US who that agreed to extract, protect and buy oil from them. Even today, US engineers and cutting edge technology is making those well flow smoothly and making previously unrecoverable reserves recoverable.

Cool, we will wait till there is see a meaningfully impact. Till then we will keep investing in USD.

Not true. Dollar is getting stronger.

We are situated at that juncture in history where the USD is declining. What most people fail to realize is that it's flow and influence is diminishing as non-western avenues are being created like the SPFS (Russia), CIPS (China) is to swift int msg service and the AIIB (China) is to IMF/WB.

Both China and Russia are squeezing out the West from Africa, Asia and Latin America. Many countries (Burkina Faso, South Africa, DRC, Mali, Chad, Cameroon) in Africa are already forcing their governments to move away from the West.

So the American/Western economies will collapse, but it's not gonna happen in the blink of an eye. A system created 77 years ago wouldn't collapse overnight, but it will collapse in the next 2-4 years time.

Time is on the side of the "Third World" the West is about to be finished off, as we know it to be.

Might is right. That’s the law of the land from day one. UN is there to control weak nations. Early you realize this fact, better off your analysis will be.

I see why you are unable to see the writing on the wall, with the belief that "Might is Right," sure! But guess what, no nation, state, group or individual can stand up to Allah Subhanahu Wata'aalah, who is Al-Akbar. And with that fact established, America/Britain can muscle up till the cows come home, those whom Allah Subhanahu Wata'aalah favors, will obliterate the the godless West.

Just an fyi, I responded to your "Might is Right," ideology with an undeniable FACT!
Ukraine is getting butt-whooped because its western backed puppet decided to be the cannon fodder for the NATO (just like the Pakistan). While Ukrainians are paying the price (Just like Pakistanis did during WoT), NATO is achieving its objective of turning Ukraine into Afghanistan 2.0 for Russia.

Ukraine is getting it's butt whooped because Zionists run the show there, like they do in America, Britain, France, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. Zionists want there to be WW3, just as they did back in 1935 and 1914.

As for Pakistan, this country is fast approaching it's moment in history to break free from the shackles of the West. It has to, there is no other way. What the last 30 years have shown is that the West sought after a unipolar hegemony over the world. That dream is now going to be it's nightmare and the fight has already begun, it's just that Westerners have had a cushy three decades so they are in a state of denial.

Pakistan is going to extricate itself from the Western yoke, in-sha-Allah. As the alternative will only destroy the West and its allies.

Correct except the broken part. why fight when you can hire others for cheap to do your bidding. That’s the art f war (and common sense).

That's not what former American military professionals are saying, if anything they are saying that America should avoid confrontation with Russia at all costs.

Also, where are the US-NATO's "No Fly Zones"? What happen to all those Typhoons, Rafales, Gripens, Raptors, Vipers and Eagles? De-fanged? Like Ukraine is being denazified?

Don’t fall for these cosmopolitan magazines type news of the air forces. 2015 news was published that F-35 cannot dogfighting 40 year older F-16. Which was true on the surface but when was not declassified at that time that F-35 that was flying was test aircraft, was flying without its stealth capability and also had system softwares restrictions. Deception is an art of war.

Do you really think Air Force will publish actual unfixable F-35 flaws and or weaknesses for people and adversaries to Google. :drag:

Yeah I've witnessed that Western "deception" up close and personal, guess what it may have been true and worked 30 years ago, now it's just an empty shell. Give credit where it's due, America cannot be invaded militarily, they have the ability to defend themselves successfully.

But the same is the case with Russia and China, where the US-NATO cannot do an Iraq, Libya, Syria or Afghanistan ever in those two countries. Nukes would be in the stratosphere before the West could launch it's fighter jets.
