a blunder of KPK police

giving again and again jobs to some people and not giving even once to others is pure injustice and crime against youth
It's not "blunder" by the govt. It's the established policy of one-page govt.

This is an advert for KPK police training school. Minimum qualification being SSG experience.
Now unless you served in the SSG im sure its grave injustice.
it not training school add did you read it ? here are jobs if you look again these are not trainer jobs .

dont you feel angry when you see such injustice with countrymen ??????? edited

more than just this incident, if the adverts' need is discriminatory, overall we should be clearly able to see that very steadily, establishment/army or whatever non-civilians are taking over every important post and position. With political forces being made irrelevant and forced out with discredit, CPEC fully overtaken, main organisations under them, and even the PM and a major political party PTI fully doggy in front of them with a submissive approach, I seriously want to know where are we heading in terms of our future governance? How do we see country's environment, culture, tolerance and progression will look like when these past adventure and games of non-civilians reach end? Whats the end game here?

they are being hired for below job as mentioned in ad
principal EPTC
sp noshera
sp elite force
sp security
aig BDU
head constable CTD
CONSTABLE CTD
all these positions shoild be filled with civilians without any question. dont you think youth must got chance to work as constables in CTD ?

I am certain that I do not qualify, as so many of my fellow country men. These roles require specialists with exceptional training and real work experience which I doubt we will find among civilians given the nature of job.
KPK police is not an ordinary police, it will face the brunt of terrorism in coming years and will pick up the slack from the army, army can not be engaged there forever. It will only improve the caliber and capacity of police force which is the need of time.
I share your views but I will politely disagree in such circumstances.

DMA Chairman Lt. Gen Afzal Terms 18th Amendment A Hurdle In Fight Against Corona

and

civilians are not trained to do the job
:lol::lol::lol:
i remebered a story

same here sir i will respectfully disagree with you if they need civilian job to be filled they should hire young men and women and send them for training in world best training centers and do the job . this will change the life and family of young men and women and also everyone will be binifitted from our beloved country rather then andha banty revriyaan mur mur de apnoon ko . again and again give benefits to same person while other starving in hunger ,

5 lac vs 200 million people. Good luck.

No its not about a showdown, that is just not possible

We just needed a strong willed civilian leader, and in Imran Khan we had the biggest hope, at least myself. He was in a perfect position to assert civilian control but as ever it was our Bad luck that he didn't have balls.

We have been very unlucky since our birth, our great leader passed away a little early, ever lasting power greed of few generals, imposed afghan war and its catastrophic spillover into our society, earthquake, assassinations and so on, we have been unlucky. May it change soon.
