PSL is a T20 league he will not wear our national jersey but play on behalf of the franchise like Islamabad united karachi kings etc i dont see why Cricket SA wont issue him NOC

Okay great.. I don't have much knowledge about this whole PSL affair but I know it is great for Pakistan so it is good foreign teams and players start playing in Pakistan. Many good vibes.

Great. PSL has certainly established itself as a major brand. However from this year the board should demand only a certain number of players who aren't willing to play in Pakistan be allowed to participate. Too often the last games in PSL become boring because one sides foreign players are not participating in matches played in Karachi and Lahore.
