Target Killing, Extortion and terrorism among the major causes of capital flight. Majority of elements involved in terrorism have now shifted to extortion causing a fall in terror attacks but an increase in extortion calls. The property prices have plummeted to half. The capitalists have started to shift their business to safer cities like Isalamabad and lahore. Police and law enforcement agencies have broadly failed to resolve the issue.

PTI has got their priorities seriously wrong.
1-The province has no technical labour force of her own. 90% of technical labor hails from Punjab. The priority would have been to expand vocational and technical education so that a homegrown breed is available for capitalist. The labor imported from Punjab automatically increases cost as these labors demand higher salaries due to relocation and uncompetitive labor market.
2-Law and Order requires huge investments in KPK and unless not addressed, the investor will always shy from KPK
3-Creating competitive environment for industrialization. Mostly focused on mining, the industries focusing on natural resources are not sustainable in the long run. Govt should focus on creating labor intensive industries in the province so that the labor cult gets absorbed. This would also help curbing the increasing crime rates.

The first focus should be to create enough educated labor force which could be absorbed by the industry. The mining and marble industries don't offer any social protection to their laborers. However, the industries like refining, chemicals and textiles not only provide social security to laborers but also the associated facilities so that they can fund the higher education of their children.

PTI needs to improve governance and invest in their province more. They must start by expanding the tax net. A government cannot increase operations without additional revenue.
