54 Agencies I am more than sure from USA we would have CIA and DIA and NSA and few other agencies active here in Pakistan. From India both IB and RAW are active here than from UK MI-6 and Israel its MOSSAD and others than Australian and other agencies

Many agencies are from the same country and then there are some private contractors as well.

Not all of them are hostile...some are active just to ensure the security of their personal and interests. This is the real world. I guess even our agencies would be doing the same as well.
