Same thing is here. You have to choose where to eat. 50% chance that you will get stomach problem. Just take a course of metrogyl and back to normal. In worst case you will need antibiotic and saline...

Learn a bit, i mean how hard it could be to make Aloo patty, boil chickpeas, chop some onion and herbs, make Tamarind chutney (or open a readymade bottle), beat yogurt, assemble and enjoy

Hmmmm let me think...I can make decent panipuri, chaat,tikki and parathas.

Most time when my wife ain't making falooda, there is always a reliable do it urself packet. That said, nothing beats the one street vendor sells. & i just love sabza seeds.
