$50 million RoboTaliban and US army

US military is the "most advanced" military force in the world or so we are led to believe. But what do we mean by advanced? No body knows the answer to that question but we can certainly say that US military is the most expensive military in history of mankind. Its efficacy and efficiency though sucks.

As the war in Afghanistan rages on, facts are coming in about the truth of US military might largely built on by Hollywood propaganda movies and shiny expensive equipment and training. But this "advanced army" has come to its knees infront of a few troglodytes in Afghanistan who are illiterate and still live in caves. But the most interesting fact is also the most expensive in history of military warfare. US on average spends more than 50 million dollars to kill just one Taliban. That is right each Taliban is almost as expensive as a shiny new F-35. That is if we believe US military statistics about all those Taliban killed and never suspect that they might be inflating numbers or just include civilians into stats as well which is invariably the case. If we exclude those and only base the caluculation on the true Talibans taken out by US military the cost is going to be several times more probably even each Taliban would be as expensive as a Russian aircraft carrier or a Russian nuclear submarine if not more. Now that is something. No wonder US is going bankrupt.

What do we mean by "advanced"??? How about using the term "technologically advanced"?

You have no idea what you're talking about. Talibans use the familiar terrain to survive, but this trick won't work forever. Even if the US Army leaves at the moment, they will return with better military technology in the future. As long as Afghans choose to live their cavemen life and don't embrace science & technology to fight back, they will keep suffering at the hands of foreign countries (not only US).

Dude, you are off by a wide margin. The article has been written by a US airforce serviceman. He knows what he is talking about. US has no chance even with alien grade technology against troglodytes in Afghanistan. Russia tried everything there and failed. US tried its best and failed. It is time now to admit after ten years. And no, US is never going to come back, just like US never went back into Vietnam.

USA has never lost a war and probably they never will
That is not how it works in these guys' minds. Strain enough and they will convince themselves that the US lost WW II. For all we know, they already have...

vietnam,korea,iraq n afghanistan?Lol

They have lost many wars. They also lost a war with Canada many decades back. Generally the smaller and weaker the nation Americans are fighting against the greater the chances Americans lose. That is the kind of power they have. If it was not for British forces and Russian sacrifices, they would probably also have lost World War I and World War II.

they did win in iraq, but lost in cuba. vietnam and afghanistan

Even the case of Iraq is up for discussion. They went in against Saddam who was a CIA informant and assassin as per CIA records. Now they are coming out of there with tail between their legs having disturbed the regional balance in favor of Iran. I guess all those IED's worked at the end. Atleast that is how the world sees it.

Heck...No...To satisfy youse guys I have no problem saying that the US lost EVERY SINGLE WAR since 1776. And I have no problem saying we can repeatedly return to the ME, invade, defeat the resident army, occupy, withdraw, then declare ourselves losers over and over and over...
