These are all arbitrary lists because a Jew may be very friendly to a fellow Zionist extremist but not to an innocent Palestinian civilian, for example. Depending on the experience and the background of the individual, these lists can vary a lot from time to time and person to person.
Amongst non Muslim majority countries, in general but not always, Thais are considered one of the most Muslim-friendly people and as a destination, Thailand is probably one of the most "Muslim-friendly". Amongst Muslim countries, the less said the better about political fiascos. Most Middle Eastern politically backward regimes do not even pay the same respect to their fellow Arab or Muslims that they do to their Western masters.
What's with the long face? I know you can't help it since this is how it is shaped but you can be less hostile, maybe ruthless Pakistani culture has it's effect on you.
