Seems legit.. Not only of IK's but of ours..If public wants to be treated like king/superior, the struggle is real and against whosoever status quo who thinks it is above the law.

Everyone drives Non Custom Paid (NCP) Jeeps in GB as it's legal to own and drive a NCP beyond Thakot .. GB has no representation in the Parliament of Pakistan and there should be "no taxation without representation" (though certain illegal taxes have been imposed on GB by Pakistan) ...

As for this incident, it was a very unfortunate accident, but what has it got to do with the Army as an institution ? This is irrational hatred

Active soldiers are tried under military courts according to military penal code which is a government law. After the judgement is passed he will be handed over to the police and subsequently to jail authorities,

Well that NCP privilege applies ONLY to local people of GB, not just the residents or people of other provinces deputed in GB. My brother being a Punjabi is not allowed to have it, though the loop hole is that he can buy it on name of any local.

Most likely the major involved in this incident is not a local from GB. Some army officers be it in Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan , GB or AJK drive around NCP's using their Army privilege and bloody civilian officers of Pak Customs have no jurisdiction over them.

As per the law of the land, Police can not arrest any army personnel without the consent of his unit and without informing MP regarding the arrest.

Sec 320 PPC (Qatl-i-Khata) is a bailable offense anyway and for one to be booked under this section, "speeding" alone isn't enough, it has to be established that the accident was caused due to rash and negligent driving

Culpable homicide not amounting to murder is punishable under section 304(2) of IPC, it's an defence mostly as it carries a lesser sentence of 10yrs.
The intention (mens rea) matters that's the most important factor between CH amounting to murder and not amounting to murder.
CH - the act which accused "knows, has knowledge" that will cause death
Not amounting to murder - the wording "act likely to cause death" is used

Whenever that madarchod comes out of his unit , make his life hell , beat him ,verbally abuse him. Whatever happens later with his army help is a later thing , the thing is people like him should too get a lesson and pay a price for their wrongdoing. We don't need an 'Army' of property dealers and developers, there are enough property developers and dealers around in big numbers in the country.

Pakistan can do well without the Army, GB was liberated by the tribal lashkars, if there was Pak Army then it would not have liberated. So they can defend it now, the Gilgit Baltistan people, the brave locals much better than the crooked Army, only interested in occupying lands and resources.

Gilgit Baltistan has about 90% literacy, and people are fiercely independent, no need for the property dealers there, selling to the lowest bidders.

Leave GB and leave Pakistan, let the people of Pakistan decide how to run the country.
