2010 worst year for Pak film industry

Can you please ellaborate on these napak Scenes?

I gave up a perfect job in Toronto to come to Karachi and make movies. So far I have only found failure. I approached a studio with my script which was on a revolution in Pakistan but they rejected it due to it having a big budget cuz of it's ensemble cast. I sent in another script which was a psychological thriller and haven't got a reply yet. I'm thinking of making ads and music videos which would be a good start.

Us pakistanis don't appreciate local stuff. Just look at slackistan, it still hasn't been released in Pakistan cuz distributors ignored it. But shoman's bol is gonna be sick.

Just a suggestion. I think Pakistani players are not ready to invest big money as of now. So why dont you pen down a script on Indo-Pak issues in a manner that it does not favour a single side like "the sum of all fears". Then try to make it a joint venture between India and Pakistan by approaching Indians. once the industry has thrusted on your side you can start with the local stuff.

Till the time we don't get rid off Hera Mandi and illiterate producers who make films to glorify Ghundas and Badmashs, our industry cannot flourish. Let promote people like Shoaib Mansoor who have intellect and purpose behind their thoughts.
