PM of Pakistan has sent best of Pakistan Anti Terrorist Personnel to Balochistan from Punjab and other provinces. Due to which Punjab does not have very good officers now. I had a lot of hopes from them when they were sent to Balochistan, but it will take them at least 5-7 years to make basic infrastructure to fight terrorism.

Likely intel based arrests and full assurity (as much as can be had) and then the classic "wall or take a few steps in that direction". Given the state of our Judiciary, unfortunately sometimes such steps will need to be taken.
