What's new

17 countries including India will join China🇨🇳's space station and cover a wide range of research

Indeed India is capable to defeat pakistan. India annexed Kashmir Valley and Pakistan could not do anything.

India's satellite and space tech enabled it to detect cyclones and saved lived (https://economictimes.indiatimes.co...ah/isro-at-your-rescue/slideshow/55994954.cms).

Your missiles saved lives of people in recent floods?

Indeed we are. We just annexed Kashmir.

And India has several times the area of Pakistan. What good are your nukes in your floods? Indian space tech helps it to detect cyclones etc.

And yet your government is dictated from the Pentagon. Yet your prime minister is. decided by the USA. Whats the use of defending, you have lost the entire Pakistan.

There is no heaven. And you do not have enough nukes to even kill 200 millions in India.

India annexed Kashmir or Pakistan annexed Kashmir? Lol

If you have noticed Japan in the list, you should understand that we do not want to add political factors to this project.

We are helping Pakistan build its satellite project, which will grow into an excellent space cooperation project like JF-17 sooner or later. Pakistan does not need a space station now, they need something more practical.
Political factor do play a part in space. If not, why not a single US is involved in any of the China space project. NASA maybe banned but that doesn't stop some US institution from collaborating with any other China space projects.

The only country that really burn bridges with China is US. Japan and India may have some friction China but we still have many cooperation is many other areas.

its much more than just nasa.
i think technically, nothing space related that's made in the us or receives government funding can be used in a chinese space project without congressional approval.

a american research project for the CSS would need to be made in china or europe, contain no american components and the person or organization proposing it must not be receiving any american government grants.
this rules out pretty much every serious organization in the us from collaborating with china in space.

Yes, this is actually the ideological difference caused by culture and history. Western culture pursues winner takes all, and they are used to controlling the changes of events by blocking. While Chinese culture pursues balance and compromise, we are used to using accommodation to control the change of events. In fact, it is still a political game in essence, but our means are softer and more subtle.

Dude, this a major snub due to our establishment ill advised recent pivot to the US.

As @kursed said a few months ago, China is fully re-evaluating its strategic posture WRT us and members laughed at him then.
Another project they’ve backed out of would send people here reeling, but letting it be, until the news comes out on its own.

Yeah, it was agreed years back that Pakistan is going to send first astronaut to space on board chinese space ship to CSS, maybe now the undertaking is delayed for some reason. But, I still read Chinese news months ago that there are active cooperations between China and Pakistan on projects relating to CSS.
This is active messaging, Pak can either pick it up or continue to act stupid. It’s pretty much on Pak authorities.

The sad thing is that the establishment could have had their cake and eaten it too. Had it been portrayed as a domestic change the Chinese would have let it slide. However, since some of the PTI turncoats and the coalition partners were having second thoughts about leaving, Zardari convinced the eatablishment to shore it up by making statements which cut IK off at the knees on Ukraine and US relations.

For a transitory political advantage they fucked up two decades of effort.
