Paramilitary forces are Armed Policemen. This include BSF, Assam Rifles, RR, CRPF, ITBF etc.

Capturing av indian solider is only possible if indians crossed LOC as indian are claiming.........

so either Pakistanis sneaked into Indian side of LoC and captured Chandu CHohan or
Indians did cross over to our side (surgical or non surgical) and got killed/ captured..

You are right, there IS NOTHING to debate.

Highly trained officers from the Indian army even work in Microsoft. RR gets officers deputed from the IA, but when they are in RR, they are civilians, not Soldiers. They are not covered by Military law or military police, but under civilian law and civilian police.
