I really have doubts about the quality control of the Indian navy ... their shipyard caught fire, a frigate tipped over in drydock, the Arihant accident, and now this?

No one should be happy for departed soul.... their nationality do not matter. a life lost is loss to their families and loved once. If one cant mourn then one should not be happy of loss of life.
