You are right. but i google for progress after some 4-5 hours.

FYI the DSP was called on 12:52pm by university administration and he was there at 01:07pm (within 15 mins), He saved the Abdullah from the mob.

Would you call DSP when you come across lynching episode or robbery etc..
Common man cannot think to call DSP. There is a reason, why emergency number exist in most of the world.
I hope such questions will be part of investigation and unfortunate case is reviewed from all angles.

decent response time & v little one can do when entire uni along with faculty and their students wanted to kill a sane human .. police and LEA can do very little here .. they saved abdullah which is very heroic of the DSP
