I always beleived that we should have nukes ...
but this is political issue ... the Conservative need "Shadow of War" to scare people and continue their wrong policies and shut people mouth from questioning their economic and political decisions and Reformists need "Shadow of War" to scare people and gave Iran assets to west for free and justify their Qajar like policies ...
both conservatives and reformists need "Shadow of war" and that why both of them are against "Nuclear weapon" because a country with more than 50-100 nukes is safe from full scale invasion ... so "Shadow of war" will become meaningless and both of these greedy parties can't scare people with it any more and they have to answer people rights ....
we need nuke for our own people good .... when I say " we need nuke " its not like I'm clueless about the dangers , but rather from my point of view , nuke is a necessary weapons for our country society ...
even if you read history , you can see various Iran ruler who always were worried about "Other invasion" ... after 2500 years we can have a weapon that warranty our country from big invasion and put our mind in ease but some coward and greedy people deny us from this ... Ahmadi Nejad could make this happen but others didn't let him to secure us and put our tired and worried minds on ease ...

Daheye Fajr is the anniversary of the 10 days it took between when Iran's last king left the country and when the Islamic Republic came to power. It is celebrated each year.
And no, not all the sanctions were undone and according to JCPOA, testing ballistic missiles is not banned.

Russia co-signed the nuclear deal and enjoys good ties with Tehran, which is fighting alongside Moscow’s forces in Syria to support President Bashar al-Assad.
The Kremlin is also, however, looking for better ties with the US after Trump pledged to bolster relations after they slumped to their worst level since the Cold War over the Ukraine crisis. The Security Council resolution adopted a few days after the 2015 nuclear agreement bars Iran from developing missiles “designed to carry nuclear warheads.”

“No Iranian missiles have been produced to carry nuclear warheads,” said Zarif, speaking at a joint news conference held with Ayrault in Tehran. The Security Council resolution called on Iran not to carry out activity related to ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons.

Ayrault added it was imperative the Islamic Republic abide strictly by the conditions of the accord. He said it was in the “common interest” that all sides heeded the deal.
Ayrault is looking to reassure Tehran of France and Europe’s support for the nuclear deal, and to increase commercial ties. The deal was engineered two years ago by the United States, Russia, China, Britain, Germany and France.
“This deal has to be rigorously kept to,” Ayrault said. “I want this deal to last and that no badly chosen initiatives are taken that could put the accord in jeopardy.”
During the US election race, Trump branded it “the worst deal ever negotiated”, telling voters he would either rip it up or seek a better agreement.
Paris took one of the hardest lines against Tehran in the talks, but has been quick to restore trade relations since then.
Major French corporations including planemaker Airbus, oil major Total and car companies Peugeot and Renault have all signed contracts.
Ayrault said trade between the two countries had surged by 200 percent since the July 2015 deal.
He added that a deal between Turboprop maker ATR with IranAir for the sale of at least 20 aircraft was “practically sealed”, and that a contract with construction group Vinci for two regional airports was also making progress.
Ayrault also sought to reassure Zarif over the potential return to Iran of major Western banks, which have hesitated for fear of possible US fines if they do business with Iran.
“Some banks are reticent, but we are working on this,” Ayrault said.

I've been thinking about this for a bit and I'm a bit more sceptical of this being a Bavar-373 test.
You see, they say it exploded at 1000 km... this was most likely a Shahab-3 type ballistic missile with a 2000 km range. My concern with this being a Bavar-373 test is that if it is, it would mean that it intercepted a Medium Range Ballistic Missile. For a country that has absolutely no experience with ABMs, domestic or foreign, this would be a monumental achievement. Which is why I think it could be too good to be true. It just doesn't fit... you'd expect it to be tested on a Fateh-110 or Shahab-1/2 type target, but a MRBM? Seems unlikely to me.
Now, I could be entirely wrong and that there's a Sayyad-5 interceptor somewhere, but this is now pure speculation. And we have no idea of the Sayyad-3/4's capabilities, but intercepting MRBMs would be a stretch IMHO considering Iran's experience.

Thank you kindly for the share on the "daheyeh fajr" concept I was not aware what it was since it is fairly a country specific things
But good to see that Russia has maintained a constant stance, specially since Iran did give up all of the nuclear waste water / material etc in all fairness to fullfill all international obligation
