Done with my iOS10 update.
What I liked so far
1) No sliding to unlock!
I just have to press my home button and Viola! It opens my screen.
Heard iPhone8 won't have the home button at all.
2) On locked screen you can slide right to access the most recently used apps. (You will have to unlock it before you access it. Obviously!)
3) Music controls have disappeared frm the shortcuts that appear on locked screen. Now you can access them by sliding left on your locked screen. I liked it because now the other shortcut keys are better arranged because of the extra space available.
4)
5) Look up:
While making selections, copy-pasting, you get an added option called "look up". Earlier it was the "search" option. I like the informal language.
Search sounded so googlish.
6) There are few extra emojis available now. One is posted towards the end this thread...specially for the android users.
7) Bedtime feature in alarm clock.

It keeeps a track of your alarm and mobile usage and calculates your sleeping hours. Glad! I needed this.
What I didn't like
1) I haven't figured how to use camera app when the screen is locked.
After the new update the camera icon appears as a tiny icon near the home button. But I don't know how to access it?
2) When will I be able to switch from wifi to mobile data from the shortcuts????
Presently, I access my settings and then switch on my mobile data service when I have to switch from Wifi to 4G.
3) Maps!
It still sucks. Heck it can't find my company. It took me to some place in USA.
4) On twitter I read a lot of complaints regarding the battery life. Not a new issue with iPhones.
5) Bedtime alarm music.
I really don't think I will wake up if it rings. The music is too soft.
