these are your system specs reason could be corrupt windows / windows update fail, cpu over heat, ram memory fail.

software issue
reinstall windows

hardware issue
try removing cmos from motherboard and check
try removing one ram sticks from motherboard to check
also check cpu temps

First and foremost reason of BSOD is hardware related, in most cases memory.

if possible share the error code.

from troubleshooting point if you remove every extra thing and use pc with basic config then add hardware one by one and see when it happens again.

Not necessarily. It could be from driver or software issues. It could be from a windows update.

It could be anything until we get the error code.

Yeah those are the first two possibilities to look at when troubleshooting a problem like this. If the windows reinstall doesn't work, then overheating might well be your problem. Monitor the temperature of your CPU and GPU, use nvidias ntune tool. If you are overheating, there are a few things you can do. Are you water cooled or air cooled? Is the ambient air temperature in your room cold, warm or hot? Is your PC getting sufficient airflow to assist cooling? Do you have your PC on carpet (a common mistake, this prevents efficient airflow through the bottom vents)?

If you could post a photo of your rig with the side panels removed we could perhaps spot any potential causes of overheating. And one other thing, you should consider getting a better monitor, 4k HDR 120/144hz will enable you to make maximum use of your 3080s capabilities.

another thing if you have updated your driver or windows or recently added some hardware that can also b the reason.

do check hard drive healths for any badsectors.

hardware foremost linked with driver conflict.

I never makes guesses with computers until I have the proper information.

If you want me to make a wild guess, he probably needs to reseat his memory.

He also hasn’t mentioned the type of ram he is using, that could be another issue.

But then a guess is just a guess.

I have good experience with the Blue screen of death, it could happen due to several factors.

The first question you need to ask yourself is when was the last time it was working fine/normal? and after that exactly happened? Windows Update, Driver update, any hardware modification?

The first part to troubleshoot that is you will have to find the problem on a software level.
- Check for any latest windows update and if there was (around the time this problem started) reverse back the updates.
- update/downgrade the VGA graphics
- update/downgrade BIOS drivers
- If you have recently installed any program uninstall that.
- If you are using any plugins for MS Office suite uninstall them.
- Restart Windows in safe mode with Network disabled to see if any program is causing this.

Now, check things on the hardware level sometimes due to bad RAM it also gives this message, try replacing the RAMs.

The bluescreen of death is very complex to resolve when it displays the error message, note down the exact error code, and search it on the web to find more specific solutions.

If nothing works out then you can use the nuclear option to rule out any OS issues by installing a fresh OS.

1 gotta check mini dump to check crash log.
2 can look into event viewer for the crash time.
3 undo all the overclocking on the system.
4 clean install of drivers specially gpu.
5 share BSOD error

You've listed everything except from the actual error i would recommend installing a hardware monitor and check your Cpu temps or try switching the Ram channels also if your Cpu heatsink is to tight it can also trigger such issues.

Check all components are seated properly
In rare circumstances it can be the PSU.
