Information Pool & Analysis on Pakistan's AF Aspiration for Su-35 / Su-35S - FLANKER-E

How Many jets Eygpt wants they getting Mig 35 now Su 35 Rafale more F 16
They need to replace, Mig-21,with Mig 35.. around 50
They need to replace F-5, a lot of them and also replace chinese fighters F-7 I guess, so at least 150 jets
With all the F-16s they have the US has refused to sell them any BVR missiles or capability, so they will get the latter from Russian Mig-35 , SU-35 and Rafale, that is how one should understand it..

You are allowed to keep your negative, pessimistic and sad state of mind. Every big country has commissions involved with deals. You think the F-16 didn't have any? Look how that platform has served you. Sometimes, you got to ignore the drama and focus on what something does for the country. SU-35, the second it lands, will take the PAF leaps and bounds ahead of where it is today. Anyone involved in corruption, can be prosecuted later. But the jet provides serious offensive capability the second it lands with the PAF's pilots flying it :enjoy:.

In the US, we often talk about "risk vs. benefit ratio". You guys should start doing that too. No society is 100% free of corruption. Not even the UK that your IK loves to talk about and it makes me laugh as he has no idea how corrupt the UK's system is too. Corruption comes from humans living all across the universe, it can be minimized with a well working system but never eliminated.

You can't stop a nation or airforce's entire capability because some fools will make a few millions. Just saying!!

Sir! ... A brief synopsis of "Risk vs Benefit" ratio from US:

Vietnam
Afghanistan
Iraq
Libya
Syria

Is the world a better place???

@Super Falcon You dumb SOB Why would my *** burn? Quote me with manners if you have something to discuss, Confront me in person if you want to be so disrespectful Keyboard warrior

Relax man time out not sure what Falcon said as I just saw your response , now I am searching for what he may have said

I know Indians accuse us of bringing CPEC into everything but the reality is with CPEC, things have changed quite a bit with how China perceive things and how it will use its influence where she can. Take NSG for example, India wasnt expecting such a hardcore stance from China but never the less it got one. But thats off topic.

None of the above explain the fact that Chinese Market is already available to Russia...Anyways I am sure CPEC will bring in prosperity in Pakistand and wish you good luck however Please understand CPEC is not the only trade route in the world...We are crediting too much to it...CPEC will not turn every country upside down...

Yes it did but only to resume it latter once Chinese intervened. Today China have all the more reason to intervene. Again because of protecting the economic corridor.
And why do you think Chinese didn't intervene earlier?? Why it took them two years to get the approval...was chinese success story not relevant in 2007?? You are crediting too much to China and discrediting New Delhi a tad more than required...

I disagree here the reason why because international relations dont work like that. India is in no position to tell Russia either you are with us or against us. Bulk of Indian hardware is Russian and you still need parts and spares for them. Besides when you say above that think from Russian perspective, why do you not apply the same in case India is buying from the west and Russia is gradually losing its share of the pie? Its only logical for Russia to look elsewhere. No?
Of-course however only when someone can replace that pie...Please tell me who in this world today can do that?? Just to give an example we have inked $30 billon deals with Russians just from 2009-2013...here is an article from 2015

http://www.firstpost.com/world/make...pters-construct-12-atomic-plants-2559066.html

Now here's the point...nothing to be proud of however we are worlds largest arms producer...with our growing economy our needs in defence are going to increase...which in turn means more spending on imports...Any person with even a naive business sense would know that this is not the time to leave India...Do you agree?? If yes, then please give us a bit more leverage than saying we are in no position to tell russia about not dealing with Pakistan...

Market is already slipping away and Russians are not to happy about it. With India's tilt towards the west it is only logical for Russia to start looking elsewhere. Also Russia isnt just an arms exporting country it has its strategic interests as well and one of them is to not let US get a foot hold in this part of the world. New blocks are forming and with them new alliances. Thats the reality my friend. Imagine Turkey and Russia getting along just fine after Turkey downed their jet. Russia was the country that supplied information before hand about a possible coupe.
Strategic alliance in this part are going to be inked by loosing a key and friendly strategic player in South Asia?? Look i am not saying Russians won't do business with Pakistan...however not at the level you guys are thinking...Anything that is going to directly threaten us is not going to be taken lightly by GOI and Russians know this very well...especially in today's world when they no longer have monopoly on our defense needs...

You my friend need to read this:http://www.firstpost.com/world/chin...i-foments-trouble-in-balochistan-2980404.html

Possibility of a two front war isnt the worst case scenario, it is the only scenario and India knows this.
Buddy let me make a request...stay away from these so called think tanks...we have enough of buffoons on our side and you have fair number at your side as well...Seems like chinese are feeling a little left out....

Now here is the point...did you see any Chinese involvement in kargil war?? Did you see any movement during 2002 face off?? 71 was no different either...so there is a decent history to prove it otherwise....now let's logically think...If hostilities break out b/w us then expect tons and tons of Ammo/logistics and what not from them...but that's about it...They have to be utter idiot to get into a war and risk their hard won prosperity and that too in a war which has the potential to go nuclear...Also when China intervene what do you think US/Japan and rest of the lot would do?? So let me make it clear...India Pakistan are going to duke it out all by themselves...World powers will make sure status quo won't change...and that's about it...

His post was deleted and I hope they ban him until he can learn some manners.
If he didn't like my post #425 he could have refuted it,Heck we could have discussed it or talked it out but he decides to insult me by saying "your a** is burning"

Can you give me some information?

1) how much (in dollar terms) are Your exports to Russia and imports from Russia?
2) of your 30 billion dollars agreements with Russia, also include S-400, how much money have you paid to Russians so far?

We can talk after you give such information about likelyhood of what you have mentioned in your post

What is wrong with the title???

SU-35,Understandable...

SU-37??? That is making this thread a daydreaming one. SU-37 was a tech demonstrator and no one, even Russia never bought one.It is never entered into production.

@waz can you please modify the title?I bet Pakistan isn't buying SU-37.

Why Su-37? What benefit it offer over Su-35S?

This is shared by a soldier on twitter to show how wealthy Pakistan is, it just need honest leadership.
