dear friends,

As every one knows that france has holded or cancelled the deal of their Radar and Avionics. i would like to through this question that what other pissibilities Pakistan Airforce has and if anything better then french is on the table for Paf...

Please give your neutral and realistic opinion....

Its not confirmed 100% that France has rejected the deal, basically the deal is on hold only which does not mean Yes or NO. Before it was only one country that was given contract for JF-17 next variant but now i think it will be multiple nations involved. South Africa Italy Turkey South Korea China and Brazil could meet PAF requirements where as only France would provide all the upgrades.

I request all decision makers of Pakistan please look into the matter may be Mr 10% have some commission issues please settle those and deal will be through. Hheheheheh:azn:

China, Italy, Turkey, South Korea, South Africa, Brazil, Germany, maybe Russia. Lets take what you need from every country and incorporate all in one! Could it be possible?

Guys.. rest easy..Its a carrot for INdia to make Rafael a more sweeter deal. France seems to have up the ante in showing the diplomatic extra mile it is willing to go. An interesting thing would be to see if other contenders like US and Europe also come up with similar sweetners..

;)

As i said before French Love Dollah & right now Indians are throwing Dollar at them
-more & more deals( only M2K up gradation deal is like 2.2 Billion Dollar)
-Sarkozi supporting the Permanent UNSC seat for India
-Obama is looking for French Help in Afghanistan (Indians must have got it )
There is perfect convergence of Interests here, No other party will be willing to show diplomatic extra mile

I think if we involve different countries and try to place small but many orders, would help us. This way India will not be able to pressurize other parties and would get us the required hardware as well.

India can only try diplomatic efforts against a major order or upgrade covertly but it cannot take a stance that it is completely against the defense sales to Pakistan. No country in the world possesses such a right and this would bring a counter strategy from Pakistan then. Also its a matter of days, when India will make the deal the only country getting the order will take it while others will be back on track.

And as we all know its most probably going to be One out of Four contenders so its Pakistan who will have three options while India will have ONE(of course why would it go for the alternatives when the first option is available).

I hope France is kicked out and then we go back to the negotiating table again and demand for a new qoutation excluding the amount of betrayal =D.

Hi
Sweden was a good option as well, but they have also denied giving Pakistan any military equipment, So the remaining one is Italy, I mean China will always be there, however its not a big issue as it's just a fighter jet which was built by China & Pakistan so if they can make one they can also make the avionics, radars, missiles. :pakistan::china:

Well it is a duplicate post , but never the less to answer your post

The answer lies in local production of Avionics and Research

Short term anwer is to Attain

100 J10B (FC-20) with AESA Radars
100 J11 with AESA radars , extra missile (Air - Air combat)

Long term plan is to invest 2-4 Billion dollars into the Aviation sector

Split of Funds into 50-60 companies and provide them gurenteed investment - for 2-3 years, opening of import of advance radars, sensors from China to our Universities

Hiring of consultants who have previously worked in Avionics industry who are out of job , get them hired as consultants

Imporation of all the hardware from China as they already make the touch screen display screens , digital gauges etc every thing including lasers
