Sorry mate, but this is far from the truth. India has the resources and manpower Turkey lacks, and it's evident in most spheres engine, rocketry, space systems, aviation. Perhaps where you lack is in land vehicles and small arms, something India can sort out with Co-production.

India has a stable missile program because of Russian inputs. India is yet to make a world class rifle, tank, arty gun, aircraft etc.

Turkey is going to develop its 5th generation jet by 2023. its passenger aircraft by 2020, its indigenious tank with Turkish engine, indigineous helicopter with its engine, its own AESA radar and so on... India has fund, it will eventually catch up! but stil more than 20 years to go.. Once, Turkey start to sell those technologies to ME, they will invest more and more..

Turkey is going to develop its 5th generation jet by 2023.its passenger aircraft by 2020

India has tons of experience in Aviation. They've developed their own helicopters which Turkey has purchased (HAL Dhruv). They are developing their own high altitude attack helicopter for their geographical needs (HAL LCH). They have developed their own fighter jet (HAL Tejas), even if it is not a great success, that's still leaps and bound above Turkey. As for 5th generation jets, they have two projects, one linked with the Russian Pak-Fa and their own indigenous design with first flight expected in 2019 (HAL AMCA)

So right away you should notice how far behind Turkey is, and that's okay, India had a headstart on us.

@Combat-Master is right. No mather how much India fails its still waaaay ahead compared to Turkey. Sure there have been alot of projects and weaponry that didnt meet expectations or simply had alot of problems but at the very least they gained the neccesary know-how and experience from it, which in turn is huge progress.

Ok I understand all attempts of Türkiye are worthless and we are 100 year beyond. I think I must shame to be "Türk" (sarcastic). Türks are sleeping on the streets with rats and raping one woman with 30 persons in a bus and nobody intervenes ( metaphoric sarcacm).
