This is only true in the mind of a Gaanja drugged reporter who does not know which end to piss from. Dont worry. It cant happen as the infrastructure requirements will at least take 2-3 yrs.Wt* did i just read ?

Pakistan need to
participate in y-9 and y-20 projects
Hmmm...Do they think just by upgrading the JF they can make it a Rafale??BEIJING: Pakistan Air Force Chief today met top Chinese defence officials as the two countries look to upgrade the jointly produced JF-17 Thunder fighter jet, amid India's move to acquire 36 Rafale warplanes from France.
Hmmm...Do they think just by upgrading the JF they can make it a Rafale??If it was that easy, the EF and Dassault would be out of business by now!!

This guy needs to either shave or grow a beard! Seems he either can't decide or has forgotten to shave. Or perhaps felt lazy to do so? What are the rules in the PAF?Officer Commanding of the JF-17 Thunder Test & Evaluation Flight.

Better sell it to iaf its prime customer, who hasnt yet issued FOC to this crap called LCA.. I got a LCA to sell you.
If that is the case then the possibility of Pakistan getting 200 aircraft in a year is achieve-able.
Pakistan can get those aircraft those are being replaced. Like the older J-11s with some newer J-11D's / J-15's / J-16's.
Though this would clearly kill the prospects of getting J-10's as the old ones are not allowed to be exported to Pakistan.
There is also a possibility like what @salman-1 has stated earlier.
If I remember correctly F-16's parts were produced at many other facilities around the world hence the Americans could attain that rate of production.
PAF need one aircraft that can take the place of F-16 right now. As a multi role platform JF-17 has done well, even block3 will be a fighter that is unprecedentally success. What is sighnigicant for PAF is too get a fighter which has patent superiority to IAF 4th generation fighters( Mirage 2000, Tejas, Mig29K) and competent to defeat 4++(Su-30MKI Rafale), More importantly deters the Su-50 and AWACS.If that is the case then the possibility of Pakistan getting 200 aircraft in a year is achieve-able.
