Most UFO videos have one thing in common; a crappy quality. Why is it that in an age of hd mobile phone cameras and selfies, we still get crappy 140p videos? Why are UFOs only seen in advanced, western countries and never in middle east, south asia, africa etc?

cos less-advanced states have citizens who have no time for other things than surviving the day. humanity just can't use it's potential with existing economical system, we all are getting busy with daily things only a few of us, %1-2 maybe, lead the progress os civilization the others have bigger problems than aliens.
