confused between Samsung galaxy s5282 and Nokia asha 302

@Zarvan I would suggest you to ditch both of these and buy the Nokia Asha 501. I just bought it. Very nice.

Any good android cell with big screen and good battery performance. Ranging up to 20K?

Many from Intex, Micromaxx, Karbon, etc.

You can go for Samsung Galaxy Ace or Galaxy S Duos. Both of them are costing around Rs. 9999 in INR, so it should be around 20K in PKR.

It doesn't have 3G.

samsung is better... whats wrong with touch screen, is it because you have to touch a picture which is haram? :cheesy:

Both are crap. Budget smartphones are absolute pieces of junk.
@Zarvan ... tell your budget and need and people might be able to suggest the best available within that range.
start with absolutely essential and state the usage in decreasing order of priority.

Agreed. No wotsap also. But besides these two, it has a whole lot else. Fantastic touch interface (more responsive than Iphone). A decent daylight camera of 3.2 MP, a bucketload of cool games. Typical Nokia sound quality and low signal reception. And something no Android can give you. A single battery charge that takes you through 3-4 days of normal usage.

Isn't Asha 311 a better alternative to 501. I have Nokia Asha 311 and it does all the things you've listed and costs the same too.

Agred. Its an older platform though. The completely new Asha OS debuts with the 501, which experts say is more intuitive in many ways than Android. Also the 501 is much cheaper online than the 311. I got mine for 4300 or something a couple of months ago (the 311 was around some 5.5-6 at the same time). The 501 looks younger and like the Lumia look, while the 300 series (302 all the way to 311) are more "executive" look.

Jo itna zaada research karte hain finally ye lete hain :P
