They did not arm, this is just an example, forget this 1, only meddling in internal affairs.
Turkmen are not even targetted because they are Turkmen, everyone is targeted, besides that story was about Turkmen in Toz Khormatu a city currently occupied by KRG, and who is helping KRG..
PKK is not an Iraqi matter, I never said this, Turkey is meddling in other internal matters therefor the Iraqi government criticizes Turkey on airspace violations, they dont care about the PKK.
You know what would fix the problem, all Turkey has to do is deal with the central government instead of with KRG then it would be solved.. only as we see AKP has different plans.
The complicated thing is that Turkey would not mind dealing with the central government directly, only the KRG offers cheap oil/gas therefor Turkey violates the Iraqi constitution dealing with them first..
Anyway this is more about politics, not so much to do with the weapons.

I think working with both KRG and Central Government is more realistic you want Turkey to cut ties with KRG is difficult from this point because they are already have many partners from around the world EU, US and others. I mean Turkey is not the only one.
