I read somewhere that even some muslims skip circumcision...there was this report of some security gaurd killed in Pakistan...who was found to be not circumcised...I will try to dig it out..

In tribal areas of pakistan people don't have circumcisions and Taliban mostly recruit from there.So it is not a surprise that they were found in swat.
