WikiLeaks: Narendra Modi, the lone honest Indian politician

and the amount of rights muslims get in this country is wayy more than what muslim countries give in their own countries..

To all pakistani muslims shedding crocodile tears : I bet if u can marry a saudi and become a saudi national ever.. they will never accept you.. Hw much devout muslim you are u can never be a saudi national. U can never practice any other religion in muslim countries.. u will get blown the next day ..

And to that guy advocating a grass root approach...!!!! Muslims form a good 17% of Indian population.. They are not being persecuted in broad day light per se.. I do appreciate some people who hate them.. and as for so called grass root thing.. go to villages with muslim majority.. hindus will get the same attitude..

So it is not what hindus should improve towards muslims but every Indian be it muslim or hindu should improve towards the local minority per se !

Hmm - that is precisely the problem. You are fine with using an extra judicial process to kill a criminal. I don't blame you - many Indians see it as a great way to circumvent a glacial judicial process. But there is an inherent danger in giving such power to cops. How can anyone ever justify killing innocents to cover your "encounter"? And then once you get away with it - what's to stop you from going on a spree?

who justified innocents getting killed.....? this is essentially a strawman and im not going to reply you on that.....

the case against amit shah is for the encounter of sohrabuddin and as such i dont give a damn...a terrorist was killed.....same as dozens of maoists getting killed and dozens of kashmiri jihadis getting killed.....there are much more problems to worry about that shedding tears for an underworld don who had links with india's most wanted terrorist...dawood ibrahim.....

ishrat's death was condoled by LeT who hailed her as a martyr and even published it in their website before it was pulled down....the then NSA MK narayanan is on record saying that center had indeed passed tip-offs on ishrat jehan....if ishrat was indeed innocent why would the congress govt pass tip-offs on her ? the gujarat govt acted on the tip-off.....

The case against Amit Shah is not only for the killing of Shaikh, but also for the killing of his wife and of Prajapati - that is not justice, that is cold blooded murder. And you can't compare apples and oranges - if Maoists and Jihadists are killed in firing, then I have no problem but surely you are not saying that captured Maoists and Kashmiris should be rounded up and shot without having to go through the judicial process. Every Indian citizen has a right to a trial - else we might as well burn our Constitution.

Can you please show me a link where MK Narayanan states that the Center had passed tip-offs on Ishrat? Also have you seen the SP Tamang report?
The Hindu : Front Page : Ishrat Jahan killing also a fake encounter: probe report

tell me one thing.. is Ishrat's case the first extra judicial killing in our country ?

how was azad killed ? how was veerappan killed ? how else was punjab insurgency crushed ? as i said india has far more pressing problems than worry about some brigands or maoists or underworld dons getting killed.....

and tulsira prajapathi alias javed shaik is no innocent.....he was an accomplice of sohrabuddin sheikh......

so the only one who may come across as innocent here is his wife...unfortunate she died and hope she gets justice.....but thats it....no sympathies for s.sheikh or prajapathi......even if that was a fake encounter.....

im no able to find the news article citing MK narayanan now...but i guess this should suffice how the guj govt was only acting on the tip iff received from MHA and IB.....Ishrat Jahan 'fake' encounter: Home ministry files revised affidavit - Times Of India

The state government had said it in its argument that it quoted extensively from the Union Home Ministry which dubbed the four as Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives, and alleged that the Centre had given credibility to the reports that Ishrat Jahan was on a mission to target Gujarat chief minister Modi.

btw listen to this too...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
why are you bothered and stuck up on modi alone...? arent encounters not happening in other states ? why are you people so intent on magnifying every single negative thing about gujarat/modi and in the process settle for much less capable and sub-standard politicians ? has this become a prestige issue that no matter what...modi should not become the pm..not even after seeing the way congress has man-handled the government for the last 4 years and the country going to the dogs ?
tell me one thing.. is Ishrat's case the first extra judicial killing in our country ?
LOL .....to answer that would require intellectual honesty.....you are asking this question to the wrong guy. Jack@$$ is only interested in extra Judicial killings in Gujarat ...not in any congress ruled states like Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh etc...:P ........its a standard Sikular twisted logic. You nailed it when you said - Holier than thou :angel:
Of course not and it will not be the last either. So what's the point you are making - that because it happens on a regular basis, it is acceptable?
LOL - Back to spewing nonsense. Of course, I would criticize any Government - Congress, BJP, Left Parties, small provincial parties which support extra judicial killings. Did you understand this post or will I need to simplify it further? LOL
...And yet here you are, trying to convince everybody Modi is Hitler & Stalin combined and Amit Shah is guilty of something extraordinary :cheesy: ............Quite shameless aren't you ?
if she was a terrorist then its acceptable....yes......
Well that is a pretty big "if". And who determines if she was a terrorist or not? Murder is murder. And in this case it is even worse since it seems it was done to earn promotions and medals.
but dude in India where the speed of judicial process is even slower than the speed of continental drift many times extra judicial cleanup does become necessity when the mess starts to reach intolerable level have you seen the movie shootout at lokhandwala if not do watch it
LOL - child, I don't want to convince anybody - let alone everybody. Everyone has their views and in a democracy every individual has a right to hold their views and air them. Clearly, you still haven't understood these simple concepts.
As far as being shameless is concerned - I guess if airing one's views makes one shameless, then so be it. Meanwhile do continue to make a fool of yourself with your confusion between 1946 and 1947, no grasp of terms like "cult", no sources to back your claims about Muslims in the Gujarat underworld and "extra judicious" killings - LOL. Guys like you are needed to lighten the mood in a serious discussion. Please do stay and post something hilarious again. Sadistic as it seems, I do enjoy your ramblings.
Yes, I agree the judicial process is hopelessly slow and painful. While I cannot say I support it, I do admit that I see the rationale behind the staged encounters. But that certainly does not mean bumping off innocent people who are witnesses to these extra judicial killings as "collateral damage".
