Been there and done that , did two tours of duty at UN India (UNICEF and UNDP) . Indian people are in good hands and what you mentioned is not a static phenomenon but an exponentially decreasing phenomonon, Most of what you point out and millenium development goals shall be achieved. Well he is the defence minister and he has to give certain inputs especially during question hour of the parliment, otherwise how can he justify the stationing of troops in IK when especially parties in IK have requested for troop withdrawl.

Well we are accusing India of supporting the terrorism in Baluchistan and FATA, but at the same time "wishing for a more meaningful engagement" with them.

Not really, its true AN that we have accused india of supporting terrorism in Baluchista and FATA, and indian consulates on the border area are more then enough to prove a point, but we do not accuse india of every wrong doing in pakistan, that does not seems to be the case with india because in india pakistan is being accused for everything bad that happens in india and that too within the very next hour.
