Indians on this forum like to brag about how rich India is and how poor Pakistan is. India’s data is a skewed due to unfair distribution of wealth. More surprising Pakistan has higher minimum wages in US dollars compared to India, who in one of the only few countries outside of sub-Sahara Africa that still has two digit minimum wage. Bangladesh is not even on the map, that’s why they make underwears for everyone in the world.

Please stop with the d*ck measuring. We know they’re scumbags and vermins. No need to go to their levels. It’s embarrassment to compare us to them just like how they compare themselves to us.
We need to focus on Pakistan, built up country so we’re their Canada, instead of Mexico. Heck, we need to be their Brazil. Brazil is a powerful nation. That’s what the goal should be.
Ps I advocate nuking every jeet city from Punjab to Assam to Maldives. Send some nukes to Guyana too as it’s technically their offsprings- that’s my view on them.

Soviet Union, Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia had proportionally as little poverty, slums and open defecation as Pakistan. You know what happened to those countries later.

it's uploaded 10 days ago, watching it makes speechless..
Paharganj is part of Mughal era Old Delhi of narrow lanes and famous for cheap lodges formerly for Hippies and now budget tourists. Also , muslim dominated and prone to crime.

The economic inequality in India is so high that most people you see online haven't even met a poor person in their lives because people live in their own little bubble.

To give you an example of the bubble I live in, even my maid owns a small car and her son is a small time lawyer.

Most people you see online on these English speaking forums haven't met a real poor person in their lives. When you see the poverty in some places in India it changes your life. It's like you attain some kind of enlightenment, that's the best way to put it.

This is very true. You seem like a sane Indian poster, why do your fellow countrymen come
and post feel good stories about india as if they’re trying to per-suave Pakistani about all the good that’s going on there. They do this across the social media realm.

they continue to mock Pakistan left and right. I’m Pakistani and have been to India through third country citizenship. Ive seen the appalling condition that many of your compatriots leisurely overlook while mocking Pakistan. Pakistan has its own set of problems no doubt, but it seems a much better place to live (as far as equity and rich divide is concern).

I don't think so, apart from uber rich to very upper middle class people, which would be at max 15% of population, most Indians dont live in a bubble unless you are part of that 15% elite (which I assume you are based on rest of your post of your maid owning a car) most Indians are pretty exposed to poverty around them. Many of Indian middle and lower middle class were infact born in abject poverty and have strived hard to crawl their way out of it making somewhat of decent living.

I think OP was talking about the ones on these forums. I wouldn't say anyone of us is elite, but we are definitely part of the upper middle class. (Also my maid doesn't have a mercedes, she has a cheap second hand swift lol)
