No it's not. Even if Pakistan suffers multiple times as many casualties, there's still the fact that India hasn't lost this many men in a year in quite a while.

Why should they? If the casualties are too low, the PA will go crazy and start escalating things. If they're about the same/too high, morale will decrease.

Better to stay quiet.
