1) If you understand, what the phrase "casualty count" means, then no, they haven't. They have reported isolated deaths here and there and not reported a lot of deaths in previous years also.

It is just for this reason i.e. Pakistanis should not find out exact number of soldier's it has lost, they sow this confusion.
