There should have been attempts to save the unity of Yugoslavia in the 90s too bad idiot leaders like Slobodan Milosevic, Alijia Izetbegovic, Franjo Tudjman were power hungry and foreign powers did not help

Correct analysis but South Slavic people are pretty homogeneous I meant except for Hungarians,Gypsies,Albanians Slovenes are bit more closer to the Italians and Austrians it would have been possible to keep Yugoslavia afoot if proper leadership led it

Nope Bosnians are Slavic more closer to Serbs,Croats,Macedonians,Montenegrins,Slovenes,Goranis all of them are South Slavic people however there is no denying that the Austrians,Hungarians and Turks left a mark on the culture and music heck even turbo folk a genre that came in the 80s and 90s famous Serbian song Remove Kebab has a lot of Turkish influences lol
