Maybe then Pakistan need to work to change that perception.
You cant change the preception of the people who thinks you as dal khor or 2nd class people also not to forget their dumb nationalism wants to invade a big chunk of pakistani land. Haven't we done enough to please them? This all WOT shit and pakistan not going with America is all because of these people, what else do you want us to do?

Only four Taliban conquer Afghan district

In a bizarre incident, it has taken only four Taliban soldiers to take control of a whole district in Afghanistan as Taliban continue taking hold of the country after the departure of the US-led army alliance.

According to the Afghan Urdu tweet, only four Taliban arrived in the Wakhan district of Badakhshan province in a vehicle and took control of the whole district. The people of Wakhan district warmly welcomed the Taliban as the Taliban took over the district without any residents. Most of the residents of the districts belong to the Ismaeli sect.

Wakhan District is one of the 28 districts of Badakhshan Province in eastern Afghanistan. The total population for the district is about 13,000 residents. The district has three international borders: Tajikistan to the north, Pakistan to the south (specifically Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral District), and with the Chinese autonomous region of Xinjiang to the east.

The capital of the district is the village of Khandud, which has a population of 1,244. It is the only district in Afghanistan which contains a population of Kyrgyz people.

No surprise here....
When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest - Sura An-Nasr (Ayet#1)

the Republic of Afghanistan government in the 80's and 90's held out for 4 years after Soviet withdrawal and fought to the death. President Najibullah was defiant to the end, refused to flee and was literally dragged to his execution.

this Afghan government is falling even before the US is leaving! I have no doubt Ghani already picked out a house in the west.

Do you even know basics of geography ? Do you know how far is Afghan border from our coastline ? ...
Common sense implies that territory swap will be of equal size, i.e. we take 1,000 sq km and we give 1,000 sq km.

But the more important thing is that we can then bypass Afghanistan and trade directly with Central Asia and Afghanistan will be free to have it's own Navy and trade with rest of the world without Pakistani conditions.

If after nearly six-seven decades, we can build a Chinese corridor from North to Sout, running through the entire breadth of the country, I'm not sure why it's perplexing to imagine an Afghan Canal through Pakistan running through only Balochistan.

It's an idea, a theory for a permanent solution for peace between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

China, Tajikistan, Pakistan all would greatly win if Wakhan was "returned" to Pakistan.
In the current situation that place is basically unutilized by Afghanistan so not much of a loss other than on the national identity side. Question is what would or could Afghanistan hope to gain in return?

That's the tricky bit.

Maybe a proposition of building a canal through Pakistan linking it to the Arabian Ocean for Afghanistan could be one solution in return for Wakhan Corridor.

This way, Afghanistan could freely trade with rest of the world instead of feeling landlocked and dependent on Pakistan.
Time for capturing wakhan is gone.
The right time to lay claim on wakhan was in early 50s and 60s when Afgan army waged war and intruded into our exFATA and baluch areas but guess what we were being ruled by @$$holes .. not only would that ave fixed the brain of a monkeys in kabul. But also had them made obedient for coming decades. we did nothing..

Afghanistan should sell this area to pakistan.

Better to have a tunnel between Chitral and Tajikistan then to control the actual territory, and have to deal with potential conflicts later on. Either way, I doubt the Afghans, no matter who they are, won’t want to lose the transit fees of cargo between Pakistan and Central Asia.
