PIA to Add 5 New Aircraft to Its Fleet in 2020

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is going to add five new airplanes to its fleet under the new aviation policy. The Federal Minister for Aviation, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, said this during a press interaction

Speaking to media ahead of the inaugural ceremony of Pakistan Meteorological Department’s (PMD) Media & IT Centre and the Weather Helpline – 1315, he said that the addition of new planes will further improve PIA’s flight operations and profitability.

It is worth mentioning that the national flag carrier added two Airbus aircraft (AP-BMX and AP-BMY) in November and December last year. The fleet expansion is part of PIA’s five-year business plan which aims to fully revive the state organization

Arshad Malik was doing a fabulous job. But our courts, nosy and intrusive and wanting to express authority, removed him from the job. The courts were dead when PIA was literally looted and run dry but as soon as it started to improve, courts intervened and removed the chief on some frivolous legal sh*t.

I hope government fights the 'esteemed' courts and reinstate Arshad Malik. The corrupt judges may have removed him because he was systematically removing the mafias within PIA.
