Is Turkish-Saudi normalization an Iranian nightmare?

From the standpoint of Chinese people, I should not have said these words. But I still can't help but want to say it.

In my opinion, Turkey and Iran are the countries that need reconciliation and alliance most. If the two countries continue to fight internally, the future of both countries will not be too optimistic.

In fact, we can think about it from another perspective. Which middle east country poses the greatest threat to Israel in the future?

The answer is simple: the more secular and industrialized Islamic which countries are, the greater the threat to Israel, and the non secular Middle East countries are the objects that Israel can win over and ally with.

That is to say, the first enemy is Turkey, and the second enemy is Iran, and the third is the Arab Baath party.

There is a Chinese proverb called "匹夫无罪,怀璧其罪". In geopolitics, it means "your attitude is not important to me, your ability determines my hostility to you". Because attitude is easy to change, but ability exists for a long time.

For Israel, these non secular Middle East countries are the countries that have the ability to threaten Israel's survival foundation in the future. No matter what the attitude of these countries towards Israel is now, they are all enemies of Israel.

In fact, both Turks and Iranians are now being watched by more powerful enemies than they are. If the two countries continue to infighting, the road ahead will be very difficult.

I really like the Chinese proverb and it honestly describes the Middle East and Israeli relations at best.

You can't deny that America has full control of the Incirlik air base in regards to nuclear weapons. That in itself is a foreign occupation.
The command of Incirlik Air Base belongs to the Turkish air force. The commander of the base is Turkish air force personnel. Its ownership, together with all the facilities on it, belongs to the state of the Republic of Turkiye.

The use of certain facilities at Incirlik Base is governed by the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement signed between Turkiye and USA on behalf of NATO on 29 March 1980. The text of this agreement states that "The Government of the Republic of Turkiye authorizes NATO, to participate in joint defense measures at the Turkish Armed Forces facilities in Incirlik".

Our flag is hoisted 24 hours a day and has never been lowered. The 10th Tanker Base Command in Incirlik is hierarchically subordinate to the Combat Air Force Command located in Eskişehir, and upper command to the Air Force Command. The Base Command carries out its duties under the command and control of the base commander.

In the 10th Tanker Base Command, apart from the USA, there are elements belonging to Spain, Qatar and Poland. As of now, the most intensive use is by Spain Armed forces. Spanish Patriot battallion guard the base. If it belongs to the USA, there are no combatant assets currently, only logistics aircraft are using if their mission not about Syria-Iraq.

NATO Nuclear arsenal has double key protocol. Although I think this arsenal has been moved now, from past, one of these keys(authorization)was under the control of TR and the other was under the authority of the USA. The USA cannot use these weapons without the permission of Turkiye, in Incirlik (unless they are moved to another country). Turkiye cannot use these weapons without the approval of USA-NATO. In short, nuclear weapons belong to NATO's common use. Since no nuclear crisis has turned into a doomsday to date, we do not know what will happen in that case. However, it is certain that the USA cannot carry out any nuclear attack from Turkish soil without the permission of Turkiye.

Never mind the nuclear, the US cannot conduct any offensive military operation at the Incirlik base without Turkiye's permission. As a matter of fact, with the crises and disputes in Iraq and then Syria, the USA largely abandoned this base and shifted its assets to the Gulf, Crete and bases in Iraq. US warplanes are currently in Qatar and the island of Crete.

The base, which is directly commanded by NATO, is in Izmir and is one of the elements(LANDCOM) that form the backbone of NATO's ground forces.

You, as a Pakistani who is fetish-larping as Turkish,

For Israel, attitude is not important, but ability. Non secularized countries are not suitable for national industrialization and the development of science and technology. Only Turkey and Iran can pose a real threat to Israel in the future.

Iran is #1 in math and sciences in the muslim world

IF there was a war or world war, it is AMERICA that has authorities over nukes. That is a FOREIGN occupation regardless of how you put it.

Funny thread….

The entire zio-western world cant handle Iran. And we have a bunch of turkish kids thinking their 100% inflation rate banana republic can take on Iran.

Iran would disembowel turkey incase of a real war. Saddam hussein at the absolute height of his power had an army that on paper was stronger then turkeys, and ranked #5 in the world by some.

He could not hold his kurdish territory when they were recieving Iranian assistance. Not even mass scale gassing could bring full central governmebt control.

This was a weak Iran. Not the regional superpower that world powers are now courting.

Pink panturks would get slaughtered on an industrial scale, and large chunks of occupied western kurdistan will be liberated from fascist occupation.

This js why the turkish government doesnt dare look at Iran the wrong way. It learned its lesson from Nader Shah not to mess with Iran

Being able to produce nuclear weapons and missiles does not mean being able to use missiles to launch nuclear weapons.

There are also two huge hurdles. One is nuclear weapon miniaturization technology. The other is the combination of nuclear weapons and missiles.
nukes are old tech and I think making long range AA is much harder than making nukes.
Do not be misled because of the small number of countries with nuclear weapons. Many countries have the potential to build nuclear weapons, such as Japan or South Korea. much more advanced than those made by countries such as Russia, Pakistan, or even China...

Those countries are "not allowed" to develop nukes to to international treaties. So far it's only the 9 states plus perhaps a few more in the future, one of which could end up being Iran.

No matter how scared you are, south azerbaijan will be free.

You don't even have an air force, it's just an army of propaganda.

They do boast about their Air Defence though. I wonder how effective it could be against the THK.

If the Turkish forces were denied of air support, they could get bogged down by masses of Iranian forces with AT weapons and their fanatic defence. Of course the Turkish artillery could cause heavy losses on them.

Air defence? With radars with 50 years of technology?

We're talking about the country that shot down the passenger plane.

Well both countries are boasting about their capabilities,it would be interesting to see if any of the Iranian equipment could work against Turkish UAVs and Air Force and if the Turkish "superweapons" could stop a massive Iranian defence of Iranian Azerbaijan or whatever.
