That's not how it works lol.
We have nukes lol, mountains don't matter to us. As I said I will not be surprised if Israel would use nuclear earth penetrators. Just the shock will destroy all the delicate machinery. A nuke would also likely to destroy any openings. Chemical weapons into the air vents and outside the opening will also work.
Also, you are comparing apples to oranges.
You cannot penetrate Dimona with suicide drones and ballistic missiles (if they even get past the air defenses)
Any attack on Iran would involve B2/B21/B1 bombers from the US with massive penetrator bombs, and if the attack is without the US it will involve nuclear earth penetrators.
