What's new

India's "great afghan hope" quietly fading away

U call it "Azaad Kashmir". So how can you be holding it?:D
You have some serious comprehension problems.
Read again what I wrote. Here to help, I will highlight it for you.
So Tell me how come you claim that Pakistan is holding parts of Kashmir, when did that happen and how?

Anyways you have been proven wrong on your claim that Pakistan lost four wars to India. But still are so shameless that you continue arguing.

And how about the much needed Indian military deployment to Afghanistan when is that happening?

Typical Pakistani bluster - make a preposterous claim, and then pretend as if it is self-evident in nature. Fools no one but if it helps you sleep better....

India has no strategic military objectives vis-a-vis Pakistan. We are not the once who swore eternal enmity over territorial claims, nor do we go crying to US, UN, etc, etc, over Kashmir. The status quo is in our favour. As long as status quo remains, we win. Pakistanis the only country in the world that has fought wars to change a status quo, "apparently" won the wars, and yet is still trying to reverse that same status quo. Congratulations on that!!!:partay:

Stop worrying about Indian deployment in Afghanistan and worry about how much Afghans hate Pakistan. It is not our flags that are burnt on Independence day in the streets of Kabul.

PS: How does it feel to be universally hated in one's own neighbourhood?

Doesn't explain why millions of Afghans are living in Pakistan with many more trying to pour in to Pakistan everyday for the last 37 years. They're more than welcome to go home any time they want. The painful fact is that Afghanistan needs Pakistan for it's survival and they know it. If Pakistan ever fully sealed the border between the 2 nations the Afghans would face a starvation crises much worst than Ethiopia in the 80s and 90s.

India is at least 7X bigger than Pakistan but Pakistan controls about 40% of Kashmir. Compared to how much smaller Pakistan is to india, the split of Kashmir is in fact in Pakistan's favour.

we made you 7x smaller to India after you took part of Kashmir, when you took Kashmir you also had east pakistan remember.

we didnot have kashmir when you took it or would not be having Kashmir at all thanks to Pakistan for what we have now.

The problem with India is that it is biting off more than it can chew, with all due respect given to its geopolitical muscle, the fact is that it can barely exercise its influence beyond its immediate borders, it is deluded into thinking that it can emulate the west in exerting its influence around the globe.
I don't see it being able to intervene in other regions politically/military in the middle distant future, it has a long way to

You described yourself with your opening first two lines.
You are the one who made the preposterous claim about winning four wars and when asked to prove it, couldn't.
Indians must be the most stupidest and cowardly people in world, who lost territory to a country five times smaller and still think they won.
Status quo at 1947 wasn't favorable to us, so we changed it, which gave us direct link to China and cut-off your access to Afghanistan, we have been sitting on it since and there's nothing your huge military/economy can do about it. Simply because you lack manly courage (i-e skirt wearers) in other words India is a nation of cowards. And no it wasn't Pakistan but India which went to the UN to save it skin. Study a bit about 1948 war, outside of Indian textbooks and you might learn something.

Burning flags doesn't affect us, anyone can burn flags, the Iranians have been burning American flags for the last 30+ years, yet America is still the global superpower.
But India embassies and consulates are being attacked every other month by Afghans....................you should worry more about your people there, maybe you can ditch the skirt put on some trousers and defend your interests in Afghanistan with your armed forces.
But knowing Indians I won't be holding my breath. The skirt is your national dress after all.

two years on , india has all but lost its importance in Afghan theatre

Its funny how Afghanistan is aa pro India as Bhutan & Nepal today. Look at how delusional these people were 2 years ago ignoring facts

:haha:

Afghanistan is anti Pakistan today because of India.

Not 3 months ago your military went to a shelling campaign to take over their bunkers & watch posts . Now even they are shelling at your troops .

Afghanistan is government has openly BLAMED PAKISTANI GOVERNMENT for sponsoring terrorism in their territory.

India's interest for a 2 front war capability with Pakistan has been achieved. We will build a military base there after we finish NSEC from Iran to Russia.

We will have a economic corridor in Afghanistan connecting to central Asia, as part of our north-south corridor.Bringing billions in investment to Afghanistan .

Its only a matter of time till we set up a military base there , getting closer to USA will give us full support there as they pull out.

We support india sending troops to afghanistan..:l

After the corridor is built we have to , the supply line from central asia will fuel the domestic needs .

But that would be a loss for Pakistan though , Pakistans biggest fear is indian influence in its weakest border , once our economy takes over Afghanistan market the only player in Afghanistan will be India-U.S.-china.

Assuming Pakistan distance itself by military /proxy aggression , if it goes with south Korean method with China , it can can decent trade relationship
