A Sri Lankan national lynched in Sialkot by mob of terrorists for blasphemy

Deal was signed by PTI govt not Bajwa. Even if Bajwa had an opinion Khan should have had balls to stick with his own opinion. Bajwa ko khuda tu nae hai seedhi si baat hai Bajway kay agay Khan bi lait jata hai.

IK does not have his own army. What could IK do if head of the army does not want to use force. Everyone saw the picture of Bajwa meeting TLP sympathizers for laying the ground of deal with TLPs.

How can PM order to use force against these goons when army chief himself is meeting with TLP sympathizers for making a peace deal.

@Hussain93 , @PakAlp , @El Sidd , @Saifullah

This is what they bring to our society,.this is Thier sole contribution to the nation and it's people

This how you want Islam to be represented around the globe and this is how it's represented

Damage Jews, Americans or Indians did to "Islam" is a joke compared to the damage TLP types have done to Islam- not even a comparison
disgraceful act.
no one but us to blame.
this is our society now

ISLAMABAD – In another tragic incident in the country’s most populous province, a Sri Lankan citizen was tortured to death in Sialkot and his body was set on fire by factory workers.

Reports in local media said a Sri Lankan national, who was working as export manager at a private sportswear factory, was tortured to death on the charges of blasphemy while the mob also torched his corpse.

The incident took place on Wazirabad Road, Sialkot, where the factory workers lynched the Sri Lankan origin man identified as Priyantha Kumara. Initial reports suggest that the deceased man reportedly tore a poster with religious inscription on it while clips doing rounds on the internet show hundreds of people gathered at the site.
Large contingents of law enforcers have been rushed to the site to keep the situation in control after Punjab CM Usman Buzdar and Punjab IGP Rao Sardar took notice of the incident. Sialkot DPO is also present at the site and a thorough investigation will be conducted into the incident.

Meanwhile, Buzdar termed the event as a ‘very tragic incident’ and directed the cops to submit an inquiry report over the matter at the earliest.

All aspects of the mob lynching should be investigated, CM Punjab reportedly said, adding, stern action should be taken against those who take the law into their own hands.

Social activists and human rights organizations also reacted to the development saying the negligence of authorities and extremist policies of the state make Pakistan intolerant

What kind of people these are !Killing a human just because he tore a piece of paper.
Disgusting...Pakistan with each passing day is going to a point of no return...some serious introspection is needed.

Such behaviour cannot be attributed to even Animals.

Mass education campaign targeting the deprived section of the society should be Punjab governments priority.

My sincere apologies to Sri Lanka.

TLP lot are the killers. Watch the interview of the killers.

If what is being said is true, that it was a false accusation and they murdered him, then all of them need a slap. No, a punch.

What if it were true? This society is seriously damaged.

After Musharaf, this was an era of corruption and treason before IK came to power. IK's era is of incompetency on the very top level combined with softness of coward Bajwa as head of army. This has made the situation worse.

Pak is one verge of bankruptcy with mini budget due next week and there is complete collapse in governance. There is surrender upon surrender from IK and Bajwa. There was a hope when Raheel Sharif was here but state has gone down the drain after him.

No, how dare you. These people are the defenders of Islam!

they defend islam very well by burning down buildings, rioting, burning ppl. Why they cant be civilised and do it in civilised manner like taking the culprit to court or log a complaint.

This is very sad, At least he should have been deported ASAP if did some blasphemy stuff. This will adversely effect pakistan. No expat will feel safe in pakistan. GOP should act immediately and assure foreign nationals. If GOP does not act, It can happen to chinese working in CPEC project.
