Basically the mandate for Intelligence agency is to protect their country at any cost. If Indian RAW is involved, then prove it and get entire world on board and punish INDIA by way of sanctions, isolation if possible get declared it as a rouge nation and terrorist nation. So ball is in Pakistan court, and if they cannot prove it, then i don't have words to describe the inefficiency of your ruling establishment (Political and Military). Which recent past, its just allegation, shown one such culprit being hanged in wake of APS massacre. In the name of hanging all other convicts are being hanged (Conviction for murder is entirely different from conviction of Terrorism, even if murder conviction entitle to capital punishment based on facts). It your statement is true, then pls show us such conviction with RAW name being assigned to the conviction, else it will be for public consumption.

Hope you didnt have a rough day today, if India is involved, declare war and use all the resources to fight the Indian establishment, you even have nukes. Going behind innocent civilian and killing them will cause nothing but destruction, and you know which country has more bandwidth to take any punch either cover or overt.
