at night Sri Nagar has same number of ppl who all sleep with their families in their homes duly protected by the forces... but on some nights the number increases by 1-2(terrorists who come from across the border to kill innocents), but are killed next day....

It is very easy for people like you to make seemingly ethical and moral suggestions to India. Point is, do some research before showering your wisdom.
