Message to Vegetarians

In Odia culture especially Brahmins , widows cannot eat garlics and onions. mujhe bhi accha lagta tha. plain jane meal. woh khate hue bhi meri body thikthak hai.. height 5.11 weight 67 kg.

aisi baat nahin hai. i being a swimming freak have muscles in right proportion.I believe more in health than muscle.
 
btw on the subject one can live perfectly normal being a vegetarian not vegan. lentils and milk provide ample amount of nutrition a person needs. vegan way is a more stricter which is not good bcoz of vit B12 deficiency. Hinduism in particular advocates Vegetarian way not vegan. I believe in same too.I being a doctor certainly know that last 6 yrs of vegetarian diet i have taken have done no harm to my body. PS- i donot take any vitamin supplements.

Vegetarianism is a noble act. Allah will reward you if you are kind to innocent animals. I am trying to be vegetarian. Eating less and less meat these day and I am feeling so much better and healthy. I eat lots of salad every day. I am planning only to eat chicken only twice a week. I don't eat red meat much. Very fatty and harmful for health.

Just eat non veg but don't make is a habit. Just occasionally eat meat, not on regular basis. You will be healthy and fit. I am now so HOT and sexy after shedding extra weight. :enjoy:

dude meat is halal in Islam, any halal animal is good to eat as long as it is slaughtered the proper halal way. the notion that you gave up meat for Allah's will is beyond my understanding.....
 
I eat all sorts of meat. Beef Chicken Pork Fish throughout the week. Cant remember last time I had vegetarian meal
Same here a meal without something dead on plate does not seem like a meal.My wife is a vegetarian cannot imagine working all day and coming home to daal and roti.

Sholay bhature one of my favorite dish but for a evening meal i need my animal protein.Nothing is better then coming home a couple of pegs or joints and then digging into bakra and a few roti.
