There's a world of difference between the students in China and this situation.

The students were permanent residents of China, they had homes and all facilities available there.

The people returning from Iran are not Iranian residents, but visitors who have a temporary visa, and do not have a home in Iran. What do people suggest, we stop our own citizens from returning to our country?
