Z-10 or T-129 Atak or AH-1Z for the Pakistan Army?

Lazer pointer integrated to guide land troops and other T129 Atak copters to show the actual location of related locked/found/fired targets thanks to the coordination of Aselsan AVCI helmet.

20mm gun is able to turn;
-180 degree horizontal line (90 degree right, 90 degree left)
-75 degree vertical line (50 degree down, 25 degree up)

AselFlir-300T has a detection range of 20km, While identifying the type of targets within 10km.

Just for reference ...... :coffee:

Keep the pilot safe is the first important thing when driving ur armed helicopter on battlefield, even face-to-face to fight with enemy's 12.7mm AAGs.

AH-64‘s additional armour to protect the pilot, more thick armour and it need more powerful engine on copter.

Dude,

The structure of the T-129 Atak helicopter is a semi-monocoque design with an aluminium alloy frame. Composite materials make up almost 50% of the fuselage weight. In this aspect, The airframe provides ballistic protection against 12.7mm armour-piercing rounds. The engines are armour protected. The main rotor has ballistic tolerance against 12.7mm rounds.

Don't worry, Noone can penetrate Atak cockpit to kill pilots at first shoot with a bullet described above...

Good luck to u, bro !

If enough thick armour around 1st cockpit, there's no need to put ammo belt ouside the airframe, coz no more space to install it inside it's the cockpit. I had drawn above pic to compare T-129 and WZ-10 cockpit armour, how thick just u see ...

Keep pilot save is the 1st rule, especially a armed helicopter pilot.

PA won't go for T129 unless Turkey can make it 100% indigenous. PA can't take the risk of arm embargo during conflict. China is more Logistics friendly in war time, we will not compromise under pressure. Helicopter is vulnerable against firepower from ground, so quantity matters the most.

You are talking as If Pakistan won't see a future light so arm itself While pointing all World as enemy excluding China. Have you ever check Pakistani weapon arsenal and realize How many Western strategic products Pakistan ordered in near past and keep negotiating for likely future collaborations ? I don't think that Pakistan has a concern for arm embargo since Noone can guarantee that China won't fall into difficult situation to supply arms to allies in that 21. century benefit games. The biggest problem to export T129 Atak to Pakistan is about USA permission for LHTEC engines and its spare parts to Pakistan. As far as I know Turkey is busy with taking permission for Pakistan and other friend/brother states like Azerbaijan but USA is also willing to export their similar platforms to Pakistan. Rest of the products on Atak and their service guarantees and spare parts and trainings are about Turkey's responsibility.

China will not fall out with Tuekey over the heli deal, Pakistan has it's very own consideration.

You can not realize How thick copters' armours is with drawing a red line alongside the fuselage. It has nothing to do with munition belt as well. Such platforms are mostly armoured inside of fuselage which is aimed to protect strategic electronics, avinocs, transmissions...etc

I just said the protect of 1st cockpit & armour thickness ... something we can see it by eyes.

U believe this thin armours can protect ur pilot in 1st cockpit ?

I really don2t understand What you are trying to do with drawing red lines ? For example, If the red line you drew, is bigger than other, It means The one that has bigger red line has more pilot protected than another ? BTW, The red line you drawed for Apache is not armour but munition box... I think You don't have any idea What you are talking about...

How do you know They can't ? How did you compose that the armours I have introduced is "thin" ?

What about Tigers pilot protection level When you looked with your technics ? :)
I said the armour below the 1st cockpit ... to protect the pilot inside cockpit.

If u see carefully, most pics i posted here show man & armed helicotper together ... for example a 1.7m man stand near the helicotper, check by urself how thick armours deck inside the space between 1st cockpit and bottom of copter ... but T-129

Its 1st cockpit very close to the bottome of copter ... how thick armours deck can installed in this narrow space ?
