Yes you dont shutdown internet you make the media change the news. Want me to post example. Internet is working idot i am typing to you from Pakistan only means of communication are disrupted this was a effective strategy after the Arab spring being sponsored by the west went into use.

Whats your problem exactly? You could always try and explain me whats going on. In Europe its unthinkable that media are blocked. So you should understand why we find this so strange.
