Machu Pichu by a landslide for me (out of the ones you listed).

It is absolutely fascinating and has the right mix of oldness and isolated location that you have to "get to".

Of the old ancient wonders, pyramids of Giza have to be it for me....they are the only one that survives of those as well.

I prefer older accomplishments more than newer ones, since they show the first leaps of ingenuity that humanity made that laid the foundation for what we take for granted today.

I mean compare the significance of the pyramids of egypt compared to a skyscraper in dubai today. Which one really means more to humanity? I sincerely hope no one would pick the latter
